Working alongside a welcoming and experienced team, you will be supported by leaders who genuinely value your contribution, wellbeing, and ongoing professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Care Coordinator with clinical documentation, care planning, and leadership of the care teamLeading and supporting new consumer admissions and care planning processesCommunicating effectively with families, allied health professionals, and other care partnersFostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and staffActively participating in quality improvement and risk management activitiesWhat You Will NeedAHPRA Registration as Registered NurseFamiliarity with Lee care is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptableAble to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times.Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCandidates may be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance.
