This is an exciting part-time (4 days per week) opportunity to take ownership of learning and development in a high-performing professional services environment, shaping how people build capability, develop as leaders and progress their careers.About the roleWorking closely with the People & Culture leadership team and senior stakeholders across the organisation, you'll bring together strategy, program design and delivery to create learning experiences that genuinely make an impact.You'll have the opportunity to shape and evolve the organisation's L&D; offering, with a broad remit spanning:Developing and delivering the learning strategy, aligned to organisational priorities and capability needsLeading leadership and career development programsDesigning engaging learning solutions across face-to-face, digital, hybrid and self-directed formatsBuilding and enhancing onboarding and induction experiencesLeading the Graduate Development Program and supporting early-career talent initiativesOverseeing the professional learning and annual legal education calendarPartnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and translate these into practical development solutionsManaging external learning partners and facilitators, ensuring quality and valueDriving continuous improvement across L&D; processes, systems and the employee experienceThis is a role where you'll be both thinking strategically and operationally,
shaping the direction of L&D; while remaining close to the delivery.About youYou're an experienced L&D; professional who enjoys having genuine ownership and influence.You'll bring:Proven experience leading learning and development strategy, frameworks and programs, ideally within professional servicesStrong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect learning initiatives to broader business prioritiesExceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence working with senior leadersStrong facilitation and program delivery capabilityExperience designing contemporary learning solutions across a range of formatsA collaborative, pragmatic and solutions-focused approachExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiatives from concept through to deliveryA qualification in Learning & Development, Training, HR or a related discipline will be highly regardedLSI accreditation is highly desirableWhy join?
