We run an online retail business based in Australia, selling quality products to customers around the world.
Our small team works fully remotely and keeps things straightforward: clear tasks, honest communication, and a shared focus on doing the job well.
We are now looking for a reliable all-rounder to look after day-to-day store operations and keep our customers looked after.This is a long-term role.
We would rather invest in the right person than keep hiring for the same seat.What the Job Involves1) Store Operations- Process incoming orders and keep product listings tidy and accurate- Check pricing and shipping settings on the backend so everything lines up- Watch store health and sort out system alerts before they grow into problems2) Reporting & Numbers- Pull sales data (order counts, revenue, conversion rate) on a regular cadence and turn it into simple, readable reports- Track cost and margin figures to help with basic financial reconciliation- Monitor stock levels and flag when best-sellers are running low- Contribute to weekly and monthly overview sheets for the team3) Customer Service- Reply to customer emails and chat messages promptly, from anywhere in the world- Handle pre-sale questions (sizing, delivery windows, returns policy) and follow up after the sale- Build a friendly, professional tone that makes people want to buy from us againAbout YouEssential:- Experience in e-commerce or customer support is nice to have, but we provide full training for the right person- Confident with Excel or Google Sheets for everyday data work and basic reporting- Strong written English - customers reach us from many countries and clarity matters- Organised, self-driven,
