The RoleYou will take ownership of adiverse portfolio of clients, providing high-quality compliance and advisoryservices while building strong long-term relationships.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of business clients acrosstaxation, compliance, advisory and financial reporting engagementsPreparing and reviewing financial statements,tax returns and BAS for a range of entity structuresProviding proactive commercial, financial andtaxation advice to support client growth and business outcomesManaging and mentoring junior team memberswhile helping develop capability across the broader teamWorking closely with the Directors on complexfinancial reporting and taxation mattersIdentifying opportunities to improve systems,workflows and operational efficienciesLeading and contributing to automation and AIinitiatives across the firmDriving efficiencies through technologyintegration,
