We have an opportunity in the Bathurst region for a Team Leader – Disability to join our dynamic team.Kirinari is a highly reputable and respected disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support to enrich the lives of our customers.
Kirinari employ over **** staff in various regions across VIC, NSW and TAS.About the PositionAs a Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within a supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes).
You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program.You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including; domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.




This position ensures the operation of an allotted SIL/s with administrative functions whilst providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers to support and develop skill capacity.This position will be leading a team in our house that has X customers requiring X support.This position is full-time working 76 hours per fortnight and will commence as soon as practicable.About YouPrevious experience in the Health sector is highly regardedDemonstrated leadership experience is highly regardedAbility and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availabilityResilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a teamStrong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationshipsAbility to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencementAbility to obtain a paid NSW Working with Children Check prior to commencementAbility to use computers and learn a variety of software/programsSmart PhoneCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceCome Join Us!
