As Practice Manager you will ensure seamless clinic workflows, excellent patient care and productive business operations.
Working together with the Clinical Director you will ensure provision of exceptional support services to medical providers and patients.
You will contribute to the organisation's success by providing administrative management, staff management and marketing while ensuring the highest standards of operation are always maintained.Key responsibilitiesLead, supervise, mentor and develop a high performing practice teamOversee patient access, care coordination and offer empathetic solutions to patient concerns to improve patient care, experience and feedbackEffectively organise and manage the recruitment and selection of staffEnsure the practice achieves and maintains accreditation, complies with quality and safety standards and other legislative requirementsOversee management of the facility, equipment maintenance and inventoriesAbout youMinimum of two years of post-qualification experience in a similar role (practice management)Qualification in Health Administration, Health Services Management would be preferredProficiency in healthcare software, practice management tools including Microsoft officeEffective communication, strong leadership and organisational skillsDemonstrated experience in effective staff management including coaching, mentoring, performance management and recruitmentGood business and commercial acumen with experience in working to set targets,
