We pride ourselves on delivering an elevated customer experience, developing our people and creating stores that reflect the quality and heritage of the Florsheim brand.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Harbour Town Outlet team.This is an opportunity for a confident and commercially minded retail leader who enjoys taking ownership of a store, developing a team and creating an exceptional customer experience.You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store — from sales and commercial results through to team development, customer experience and presentation standards.We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, set a strong standard for their team and create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and are motivated to achieve great results.Previous footwear or fashion experience is advantageous, but not essential.
More significant is your ability to lead people, drive performance and deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience.ABOUT YOUYou are an experienced retail leader who understands that great stores are built through great people,
