As a senior member of the team, you will be required to oversee incoming work requests from internal stakeholders and effectively manage workflow amongst the corporate lawyers.




You will also provide technical supervision and coaching to the Corporate Lawyer.Skills and ExperienceAdmitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in Victoria.Eligibility to apply for a Practicing Certificate under the Legal Profession Act ****.Relevant experience in providing legal advice to a corporate body.Knowledge of the Trustee Act **** and Trustee Companies Act ****.Highly developed professional communication skills (written and spoken).
