As an Account Manager at Bunnings, you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for our Commercial customers.
This is a role where relationship building, strategic thinking and customer focus come together to create real impact.

contribute to business growth and build a rewarding career within a supportive and collaborative team.This role will mainly look after customers in the Newcastle/Hunter region and ideally the successful candidate will be based in that area.
The role does come with a fully maintained company vehicle.What's involvedAs an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:Build and strengthen long-term relationships with Commercial customers in particular ideally with builders, becoming a trusted partner to their businessIdentify new business opportunities and grow market share within your regionDevelop and execute sales strategies that deliver solid commercial outcomesCollaborate with teams across the Bunnings network to ensure customers receive the best possible experience across price, range and serviceMonitor local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and respond to changing customer needsManage budgets and performance targets while balancing customer value and business outcomesContribute to a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility and remains at the centre of how we workAbout YouYou're someone who enjoys building genuine relationships and finding solutions that make a difference for customers.
