Job Description
BlueScope is seeking a Reliability Improvement Leader for its Western Port Metal Coating Maintenance team.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary reliability group, drive asset improvement strategies and maximise plant availability in a 24x7 operation.
You should bring a mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering background or a Diploma of Engineering with robust maintenance leadership experience, plus proven reliability expertise in heavy industry.
