Kurv Living is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of our joinery installations across high-end residential projects throughout Melbourne's inner suburbs.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong cabinet making and installation background who is ready to step into a leadership role, while still using their practical knowledge and experience on site.You'll work across custom kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wardrobes and architectural joinery, collaborating with some of Melbourne's leading builders, architects and designers.The RoleAs our Site Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating our projects on site and ensuring every installation is delivered efficiently and to the standard expected of Kurv Living.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating joinery installations across multiple projectsCoordinating and overseeing our subcontract installation teamsLiaising with builders, site supervisors and our internal Project Management and Production teamsChecking site readiness prior to installationReviewing drawings and resolving installation and site-related issuesMonitoring installation quality and ensuring a high standard of workmanshipManaging defects, rectification works and project handoversProviding clear updates on installation progress,



delays and site issuesBeing hands-on when required to help resolve technical or installation challengesWhat We're Looking ForIdeally, you're a qualified Cabinet Maker with extensive experience in high-end residential joinery and installation.You'll have:Solid knowledge of cabinet making and joinery installationExperience working on high-end residential projectsExcellent understanding of technical and shop drawingsA strong eye for detail and commitment to qualityThe ability to identify and solve problems on siteStrong organisational and communication skillsConfidence dealing directly with builders, supervisors and tradesThe ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesThe ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your sitesPrevious management experience would be highly regarded, but we're also interested in experienced cabinet makers and installers who are ready to take the next step into site management.Why Join Kurv Living?
