Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of multiple entities across the IntoWork Group.This is an exciting opportunity for a CPA/CA qualified accountant who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, partnering with stakeholders, and contributing to strategic business outcomes.The role is based in Scarborough, QLD, with flexibility to work from other Brisbane office locations and enjoy a hybrid work arrangement.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management and board reporting packs, including financial commentaryAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesComplete balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger journal entriesInvestigate and resolve financial discrepancies and ledger issuesProvide financial insights and support to business leaders and managersSupport year-end audit processes and statutory reporting requirementsPrepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, FBT,
WorkCover and other financial submissionsMaintain fixed asset registers and ensure compliance with accounting standardsDevelop financial models, reporting tools, and data analysis to support business decisionsContribute to process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controlsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related disciplineCPA or CA qualification (or close to completion)Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar accounting roleStrong financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication abilitiesCommercial acumen and the ability to understand key business driversHighly regardedExperience within labour hire, group training, not-for-profit, employment services, or disability services environmentsExposure to Microsoft Dynamics and Solver reporting systemsWhat's in it for you?
