We are seeking a solutions focused, driven and experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a agile team of Technician and Trades staff to success, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost effective maintenance and availability of our Heavy Mobile fleet!

The role is offered on an ******* days and nights FIFO roster across our Leonora operation in the prolific Gold district.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring works are completed safely, in line with WHS legislationEnsuring machines are maintained to company standards as per OEM specificationsEnsure maintenance compliance with all planned and unplanned eventsBreakdowns, labour requirements,



work order control and cost management.Delivery of daily scheduling of planned and unplanned work to meet the weekly mine planFocus on continuous improvement and lead teams to develop and implement solutions.Promote and maintain a positive and collaborative team cultureAbout YouYou will be an authentic and collaborative leader who thrives in the dust and diesel of a mining environment, where safety isn't just a checkbox, it's a way of life!
