You'll spend time where the work is happening, building relationships with our people, providing practical advice and coaching, identifying and managing risk, and helping project teams take genuine ownership of safety.Depending on your level of experience, you'll support or take greater ownership across HSE systems,



risk management, investigations, reporting, coaching and continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingPromote and influence a positive, high-performing safety culture across the projectProvide practical HSE advice, coaching and support to project leadership, Supervisors and crewsMaintain and support the implementation of project HSE management plans and systemsLead and participate in risk assessments, risk register reviews and critical risk management activitiesReview SWMS, subcontractor work methods and HSE systems prior to and during construction activitiesSupport the preparation and delivery of toolbox meetings, pre-starts and other HSE communicationsInvestigate incidents and identify root causes, corrective actions and opportunities for continuous improvementMonitor project HSE performance, KPIs and trends and support accurate client and internal reportingEnsure project risk management systems, including permits and traffic management requirements, are maintained to a high standardBuild effective relationships with project personnel, subcontractors, clients and other stakeholdersCoach project teams in their HSEQ responsibilities and support the development of strong safety capabilityEnsure HSE information and data is accurately maintained within Georgiou systems,
