The team values reliability, communication, quality workmanship and having a bit of fun along the way.About The OpportunityAs an Automotive Technician at Busselton Automotive Repairs, your responsibilities will include:Carrying out scheduled vehicle servicing and maintenanceDiagnosing and repairing mechanical faults accurately and efficientlyWorking across a variety of makes and modelsCarrying out suspension work and upgradesSupporting and mentoring apprentices where appropriateMaintaining a high standard of workmanshipKeeping up to date with automotive technology and repair methodsContributing to an efficient, organised and positive workshopAbout YouThe successful candidate will ideally have: must haves in boldCertificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (must have)Current manual driver's licenceExperience working as a qualified Automotive TechnicianStrong diagnostic and mechanical skillsA high standard of workmanship and attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsA reliable, proactive approach to workThe ability to work independently while still being part of a teamA willingness to continue learning and developing their skillsSuspension experience would be highly regarded, but isn't essentialMost importantly, we're looking for the right person.Someone who turns up, takes pride in what they do, communicates with the people around them and wants to be part of a good workshop for the long term.
