The RoleJoin Cockburn Cement as an Account Manager and play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across the WA cement market.
Reporting to the Manager – Sales West, this role will see you manage key customer accounts, support commercial negotiations and work closely with operational teams to ensure safe, reliable and profitable delivery outcomes.
You will act as the key link between customers and internal stakeholders, helping deliver exceptional service while supporting sustainable business growth.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow key accounts across cement and construction materials sectorsIdentify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across WABuild lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and site visitsPrepare tenders, proposals and tailored customer solutionsPartner with operations to ensure reliable, on-time product supplyTrack market trends, competitor activity and pricing movementsContribute to pricing strategy, forecasting and sales pipeline planningProvide technical and commercial advice on cement productsChampion safety, compliance, Chain of Responsibility and sustainability in everything you doAbout YouYou're a commercially minded sales qualified who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering practical solutions.
