Our Client based on the Lower North Shore, Sydney, is looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join their Learning & Development team.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
Temporary opportunity - Up to 5 months.
In this role, you will manage and coordinate Council's training activities, working closely with managers and operational teams to understand training needs and deliver practical programs.
You will be responsible for coordinating training across a range of areas, with a strong focus on safety, compliance and operational requirements.
DUTIES.




Procure and coordinate external training suppliersManage and coordinate Council training programsDesign practical training programs and initiativesPartner with managers to identify needsCoordinate safety and compliance training requirementsMaintain training plans, records and documentation SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Relevant experience in Training, L&D;, Instructional Design, or similarExperience working in Council or Local Government highly regardedUnderstanding of safety and compliance trainingExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail andcommunication skills REMUNERATIONs & BENEFITS.
