We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Revenue Manager to drive performance across accommodation revenue, group business, corporate accounts, events and online distribution.
This is a hands‐on commercial role suited to someone who understands hotel revenue management and also enjoys sales, business development and client relationships.Key responsibilitiesMonitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pace and demand; recommend pricing and yielding actionsManage group enquiries end-to-end; prepare quotes, proposals and contracts; convert leadsIdentify and grow corporate, group, leisure and event business; maintain key account relationshipsGenerate and convert event enquiries; site inspections; coordinate the handover of confirmed business to operationsMaintain rates, availability, content and parity across Booking.com, Expedia and all channelsImprove visibility, ranking, conversion and direct-booking performancePrepare revenue, sales, group and commercial performance reportsAbout youExperience in hotel revenue, sales, reservations, groups or eventsStrong understanding of ADR, RevPAR, pricing,
