This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of HR functions, influence business outcomes, and support leaders in building engaged, high-performing teams.If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact while enjoying flexibility, outstanding benefits, and meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleReporting to the Senior People Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, workforce planning, organisational development, compliance, and change initiatives.You'll be a key contributor to delivering people solutions that support business objectives while enhancing the employee experience.Key Areas of FocusPartner with leaders to provide practical and proactive HR adviceManage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and performance concernsCoach and build leadership capability across people management practicesSupport workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiativesAnalyse workforce data and identify trends to support informed decision-makingContribute to policy development, compliance,
and continuous improvement projectsSupport organisational change and transformation activitiesWork collaboratively with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain great peopleAbout YouYou're a confident and commercially-minded HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering practical solutions.You'll bring:At least 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Advisor, People Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar roleStrong employee and industrial relations experienceSound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practiceExperience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex people mattersOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindsetTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)Experience working with SCHADS Award environments will be highly regarded.Our PurposePossability Group are now part of the Independence Australia Group!
