As we expand rapidly, we're seeking a talented Production Manager to join our agile team and play a key role in shaping the event's success.Role Description:As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the multi-stage conference program for Sydney Tech Week.
This includes developing compelling agendas, inviting and managing speakers, VIPs, and government officials, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote the event through these channels.
You will also be involved in website editing and content creation to support the event's production.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage the multi-stage conference program for Sydney Tech WeekCreate engaging agendas that attract attendees and showcase industry trends and innovationsIdentify, invite, and manage high-profile speakers, VIPs, and government officialsCollaborate with the marketing team to promote the event through speaker and VIP networksEdit and maintain the event website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date informationCreate compelling content for the event, including speaker bios, session descriptions, and promotional materialsCoordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of the conference programManage speaker logistics, including travel, accommodation, and onsite requirementsMonitor and report on key production metrics,
