And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for youAccount Manager - Real Assets Funds (Client Service Manager)Location : Sydney or MelbourneDescriptionThe individual will maintain the client relationship for a portfolio of managed fund clients, take responsibility for co-ordination of fund accounting, investor services, regulatory reporting, audit preparation, along with the recent client take on and due diligence requirements of the company.What you will be doingReview of Net Asset Valuation (NAV) files for a portfolio of managed funds, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with fund governing and regulatory proceduresReview of Trial Balance, GL, Cash & portfolio reconciliation and Income & expense accrualsReview Limited Partner and General Partners/Shareholder Allocation,
calculations/schedules-includes review of Admin/Management fees/Waterfall/Claw back calculations etcReview of property level income statement, rent roll, tenancy schedules, and ageing reportsReview of quarterly BAS calculationsPreparation & review of Unitholder and Partner Capital Account StatementsPreparation & review of Financial statementsLiaise with Auditor for timely completion of AuditReview all capital activity pertaining to the funds (Capital calls and Distribution)Review of investor on boarding documents to ensure AML/KYC complianceReview of redemptions and processing redemption paymentsResolve issues and communicate with investors ensuring all investor information is complete and up to dateReview periodic capital/NAV statementsOversee calculation and preparation of investor tax statementsPrepare regulatory reporting (FATCA/CRS and AIIR reports)Overall responsibility for client relationship, inquiries and meetingsInteract with Senior management and clientsReview procedures and recommend solutions in order to improve efficienciesEnsure adherence to all internal and external audit standardsImplementation of fund structures onto accounting systemReview of constitutional documents and preparation of client SLA and budgetingSkills Required:Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting/ commerce or similar5+ years of fund administration work experienceExperience in reviewing and preparing financial statementsExcellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both Verbal and written)Motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlinesAttention to detail and ability to work on multiple projectsA team player who is able to manage individual responsibilitiesAdvanced level MS excel, proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPointClient and deadline focusKnowledge and prior experience on YARDI, Efront or Paxus is highly desirableA professional designation such a C.A., C.P.A., or C.M.A. etc., would be an assetWhat you will get in return:A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business;Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience;Training and development opportunitiesAdditional information:We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability.
