We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Cluster Manager to lead a group of stores across VIC, with potentially one home store.

As Cluster Manager, you'll lead Store Managers and their teams to deliver strong commercial results, exceptional customer experiences, and consistent execution across every store.
Alongside this, you'll run your home store as the benchmark for performance, culture, and standards.
What You'll Do:
Drive robust, consistent commercial outcomes across your store network.
Own cluster performance across sales, conversion, UPT, AOV, and productivityRun a clear weekly trade rhythm with Store Managers to identify opportunities and drive actionExecute key trading periods, campaigns, and launches with discipline and consistencyUse data and insight to continuously improve results across all stores
Build Capability & High-Performing Teams
Create strong leaders and teams who deliver with confidence and consistency.Coach and develop Store Managers to strengthen leadership, accountability, and performanceBuild capability across selling standards, team engagement, and operational executionSupport recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning across the clusterLead by example in bringing the 2XU Mission, Vision and Values to life
