About the Role

Work remotely while providing tax and accounting advice to a diverse range of clients and taking ownership of key client relationships. You’ll have the flexibility and autonomy that comes with a remote role, while remaining connected with the wider team and having the support you need to succeed.

- Provide tax and accounting advice to a diverse range of clients
- Coach and mentor junior team members and support their ongoing development
- Review work completed by the team and manage workflow, deadlines and budgets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value and services to clients
- Work closely with Partners and the wider team on client and business matters

About You





- Previous Australian public practice experience at Manager or Senior Manager level
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Currently living in Queensland
