As they continue to expand their digital presence, there are looking for a commercially minded eCommerce Specialist to take ownership of their online channels and help drive growth, customer engagement, and conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Managing website content, product listings, imagery, collections, and online merchandising.
- Planning and executing website promotions, digital marketing campaigns, and social media activity.
- Driving SEO, SEM, user experience (UX),
and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
- Analysing website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for growth.
- Managing product enrichment and ensuring products are activated accurately and on time.
- Collaborating with Design and Development teams to improve website functionality and resolve issues.
- Managing and coordinating relationships with external digital marketing agencies.
- Preparing weekly and monthly trading reports and providing commercial insights to key stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and execution of the overall eCommerce strategy and KPI framework.
REQUIREMENTS +
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 3+ years of eCommerce experience, ideally within a retail, merchandise, fashion, or consumer products environment.
- Proven experience managing a multi-brand and/or multi-channel online store.
- Strong knowledge of online merchandising, eCommerce best practices, SEO, SEM, UX, and conversion optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate insights into commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience with Apparel21 or a similar ERP system will be highly regarded.
- Experience with social media management and eCommerce copywriting is highly desirable.
