We’re searching for a passionate and inspiring Early Childhood Teacher who is excited to lead our Kindergarten program and create meaningful learning experiences that prepare children for a confident transition to school.

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a funded Queensland Kindergarten Program in a unique standalone Kindergarten setting.

Working from your own dedicated Kindergarten building and outdoor learning environment, you’ll create a vibrant, inspiring program that encourages curiosity, independence and a love of learning. While enjoying the autonomy of leading your own Kindergarten, you’ll remain closely connected to our broader service, collaborating with our leadership team and educators to provide seamless transitions and continuity for children and families.

You’ll enrich children’s learning through community excursions, incursions and engaging experiences that extend beyond the classroom, ensuring every day is filled with exploration, discovery and joy.

What you’ll need:

- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
- Experience delivering funded Queensland Kindergarten programs




- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline and National Quality Standard
- Current and valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Mandatory National Child Safety Training
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Experience supporting children with a range of abilities, interests and learning needs.
