Position: Retail Manager

Location: Winston Hills Mall, Shop 15, 180/190 Caroline Chisholm Dr, Winston Hills NSW 2153

Salary: $79,500 to 82,000 + super

Minimum requirements:

- AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Associate Degree with minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management or supervisory role

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan, organise, and control the day-to-day operations of the café/retail outlet
- Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer demand
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and stocktaking of coffee, food, and beverage products, liaising with suppliers as required
- Recruit, train, roster, and supervise baristas and front-of-house staff to ensure adequate coverage and performance
- Monitor sales performance and financial transactions, maintaining accurate records
- Implement pricing,



promotional, and merchandising strategies to drive sales
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality (coffee and food) are maintained across all transactions
- Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and retail regulations
- Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating where necessary

- Reliable, hands-on, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced café/retail environment
- Sound financial and stock control awareness
