To be successful, you will have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- 10+ years’ experience managing design on construction or development projects in the commercial construction space
- Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary design teams and consultants
- Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full design lifecycle from concept to delivery

We are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Design Manager to lead the design and construction of either a major retail project or a large multi residential development in Brisbane City.
You will work closely with consultants, subcontractors, project managers, and senior leadership to drive collaboration, resolve complex design challenges, and ensure design excellence across all stages of the project.
