- Permanent full time position (37.5 hours a week)

- Salary starting from $126,874 per annum plus superannuation

About the Role

We are seeking an Employee Relations Team Lead to join our People and Culture team! This role is responsible for providing expert workplace relations advice and support across Uplyft, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments and organisational policies.

Working closely with our People and Culture Team,



this role will have the opportunity to provide high-level workplace relations advice to our leaders on employee matters, interpret and apply employment legislation, Awards and Agreements and working within Uplyft policies and procedures.

This role is an exciting opportunity to support across our business contributing towards meaningful work that supports the health, wellbeing and resilience of children, young people and families within the community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in a workplace or industrial relations advisory role
- Extensive experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Awards and employment legislations
- Experience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations
- Experience coaching leaders through people matters
- Strong understating of the Fair Work Act 2009, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and other applicable legislation
