- Lead the site's fixed asset integrity programs, including piping, pressure vessels, corrosion management and pressure relief systems.
- Provide technical oversight for integrity inspection and maintenance activities.
- Support Operations and Maintenance teams with integrity management and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, setting priorities and driving performance outcomes.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant safety case requirements.
- Manage integrity risks through inspection planning, assessment and repair recommendations.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) activities relating to pressure equipment and piping systems.
- Conduct Fitness-For-Service (FFS) assessments on in-service equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures and recurring reliability issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and integrity performance KPIs.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and emerging best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Asset Management and site stakeholders to improve asset reliability and operational performance.
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience within oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, refining,
chemical processing or similar heavy industry environments.
- Experience with in-service inspection programs and Fitness-For-Service (FFS) assessments.
- Strong knowledge of materials degradation, corrosion mechanisms and corrosion management.
- Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and inspection methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) principles and implementation.
- Proven experience managing the integrity of pressure equipment, piping systems and fixed assets.
- Experience conducting equipment failure investigations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with Management of Change (MOC) processes and integrity-related risk management.
- Strong understanding of industry standards including AS, ASME, API, AMPP and ISO codes.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding engineers and technicians.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Prospect to lead critical integrity programs at a major operating facility.
- Technical leadership position with direct influence on site reliability strategy.
- Collaborative team environment with strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
