KU Darling Nest is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III Qualified Educators to join our vibrant team. KU Darling Nest is a state-of-the-art service located in The Exchange building on Little Pier Street in Haymarket. The service operates Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 6:00pm, and is easily accessible by public transport. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Metro Station, Town Hall or Central Station, or a 4 minute walk from the Paddy’s Markets Light Rail stop.

This stunning KU service is fully air-conditioned and operates across two levels, with two preschool rooms, one toddler room and three nursery rooms. Each level has a spacious, covered playground with natural and recycled materials, reflecting the service’s focus on sustainability.

The Role

We have Certificate III Qualified Educator opportunities available within this friendly and high-performing team, with permanent full-time and part-time options available. If you join us in a full-time capacity, you will also have the opportunity to accrue a paid rostered day off each month.

These opportunities are best suited to Certificate III Qualified Educators. Educators with higher qualifications are also welcome to apply; however, please note that the duties and remuneration for these roles will align with the Certificate III Educator classification.

Of course, you will need:

- Australian working rights
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- An ACECQA recognised Certificate III qualification

- Completed training in Child Protection
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
