Consultant – Sales - Drayton Villas, Toowoomba

We are currently seeking an empathetic and sophisticated professional to join RetireAustralia as a Part-Time Sales Consultant at Drayton Villas, Toowoomba. This opportunity has become available due to the retirement of a long-standing team member and offers the chance to play a meaningful role in helping seniors find their next home within a welcoming retirement community

This permanent part time role is offered 3 days per week, with specific days flexible to suit the successful candidate and operational requirements.

The Position

As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell retirement living opportunities at Drayton Villas by building genuine relationships with prospective residents and their families. Through village tours, sales appointments and community engagement, you will guide customers through an important life decision while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Working collaboratively with the wider Sales and Marketing team, you will manage leads, support marketing initiatives and build strong networks within the local community to achieve sales outcomes and occupancy targets.

Within this sales role you will:

- Build strong relationships with prospective residents, their families and referral partners
- Conduct village tours and sales appointments, identifying customer needs and motivations
- Proactively manage enquiries and follow up sales opportunities to achieve occupancy and settlement targets
- Coordinate and participate in open days, expos, information sessions and sales events
- Develop and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, healthcare providers and community groups
- Ensure sales leads,



customer interactions and referral opportunities are accurately maintained within the CRM system
- Work closely with Marketing and Village teams to promote the community and maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the village
- Become a valued part of the Drayton Villas community through regular engagement with residents and stakeholders

We're on the lookout for someone with:

- A genuine interest in retirement living and supporting older Australians to maintain independence
- Proven success in a customer-facing sales role, ideally with 3 to 5 years' experience
- Outstanding relationship-building, communication and networking skills
- The ability to understand customer motivations and provide tailored solutions
- A proactive and organised approach to managing sales pipelines and achieving targets
- Queensland Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Strong computer skills and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Current National Police Check (or the ability to obtain one)
- Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Previous experience in retirement living, aged care or property sales will be highly regarded
