To be successful for this role you will have:

- Experience within the construction, building, property, maintenance or facilities sectors.
- Experience conducting inspections, assessments or site-based activities.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Teams and PDF software.




- Current C Class Driver License.
- Current White Card (General Safety Induction Card).
- A construction industry trade qualification is highly desirable.
- Ability to undertake regular regional and remote travel, including overnight stays.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and undertaking condition assessment services for QBuild clients.
- Conducting inspections, surveys and pricing estimates of building elements and construction materials.
- Collecting samples of suspected asbestos-containing materials for laboratory testing.
- Undertaking tenancy management services and maintenance referrals on behalf of Government Employee Housing.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and complying with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Preparing and managing inspection-related information and documentation as required.
