We support children, adults and older Australians to do the everyday things that make a life — getting dressed, regulating big feelings, moving safely around the home, returning to work, or running a household. We're looking for an OT who wants meaningful, varied work, genuine flexibility, and the systems and support to actually enjoy the job.

About the Role
You'll work across a broad, across-the-lifespan caseload — paediatric, adolescent, adult and aged care OT — delivered flexibly across clinic, telehealth and mobile/in-home visits. No two days look the same, and you'll be backed by real admin, tech and clinical support so you can focus on the therapy itself.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering occupational therapy across clinic, telehealth and mobile/in-home visits
- Working an across-the-lifespan caseload — kids, teens, adults and older Australians
- Running functional assessments, therapy programs and reports across NDIS, Aged Care and DVA funding
- Collaborating with Allied Health Assistants, families, schools and support coordinators

What We're Looking For

- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility for registration)
- A genuine interest in working across the lifespan — kids through to older adults
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-centred approach
- Comfort working across clinic, telehealth and community/home-based settings
- Recent graduates welcome — full supervision and mentoring provided
