About the role
At Accenture Song, we create growth through relevance, creativity, technology and experience. Within our award-winning creative agency, Droga5, we're looking for a Business Director to join our Sydney team.
The ideal candidate is a true Navigator of Creative Influence, someone who understands that commercial performance enables creative excellence and who can confidently lead clients, teams and creative opportunities.
As a trusted advisor, business partner and creative ally, you'll serve as a key custodian of our agency promise. You'll help shape client relationships, drive business growth and partner with strategy, creative and production teams to deliver work that moves people, culture and business outcomes.

What you'll do
- Lead and grow strategic client relationships across a portfolio of accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Partner closely with strategy, creative and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns and transformative work.
- Champion creative ideas and confidently present recommendations to clients.
- Drive commercial outcomes through strong financial management and account leadership.
- Align cross-functional teams around a common vision and shared objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationships.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a positive team culture.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and help teams deliver their best work.

About Droga5 and Accenture Song
Droga5 is the creative agency of Accenture Song. Originally founded in Sydney as The Monkeys, the agency became part of Accenture Song in 2017 and joined the Droga5 global network in 2025.

Qualification
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' agency experience in account management, client service, business leadership or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven experience leading client relationships and managing multiple stakeholders across complex projects.
- A strong understanding of how commercial performance enables creative excellence.
- Experience working closely with strategy, creative and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to sell ideas and defend strategic recommendations.
- Strong financial management skills, including scoping, forecasting and project commercials.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems and build trusted client partnerships.
- A genuine passion for creativity and delivering work that creates meaningful business impact.
