We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. This is a Full-Time position reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is set across 26 acres of beautifully presented grounds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with an eye for detail to ensure the already high standard of presentation is maintained. We are seeking a practical, hands-on individual who enjoys working outdoors. The role involves physically demanding landscaping duties such as lifting materials, planting, mowing, digging, paving, and operating equipment. The successful candidate must be capable of performing the inherent physical requirements of the role safely and effectively.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

- Supervising and directing the gardening team to ensure the Resort’s gardening and landscaping requirements are met.
- Supervise general garden maintenance practices such as planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, rubbish removal and mulching.




- Ensure gardening tools and machinery are kept in good working condition.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Coordinate and interact with individuals from outside the resort such as suppliers and contractors.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager in a timely and productive manner.

The required skills and experience for this role include:

- Diploma in Horticulture (minimum level required)
- Certificate in Safe Pool Operations
- Previous experience in a similar role at a supervisory level
- A strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and practices
- A current manual driver's license
- The ability to multitask and communicate effectively at all levels
- Previous experience in a Resort or Hotel environment will be considered an advantage
