Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst | Digital Health Standards
Lead complex business and systems analysis across standards-related initiatives, shaping requirements, solution design and stakeholder outcomes in an Agile delivery environment.
Location: QLD, ACT, NSW
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – onsite at least 2 days per week for face-to-face team meetings, subject to change based on collaboration needs
Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
Closing Date: 10.00am, 11 September 2026
Essential Tasks:
- Lead analysis of business needs across complex new and existing standards initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder input to develop coordinated business and project requirements.
- Provide business analysis, systems analysis and design changes aligned with strategic direction.
- Manage priorities, dependencies, quality outcomes and stakeholder engagement across complex projects.
Key Criteria:
- Solid experience leading business analysis across complex standards-related initiatives.
- Relevant systems analysis skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills across business and technology teams.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile Software Development environment.
