Bring your organisation, coordination and people skills to a role supporting the casual workforce behind the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you’ll help coordinate facilitators and markers across the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass, supporting rostering, recruitment administration, onboarding and accurate workforce information. You’ll work closely with Education and People & Culture teams to keep processes running smoothly, support continuous improvement and help ensure the casual workforce is set up for success.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate facilitators and markers across the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass.
- Support selection, allocation and rostering activities to meet subject deadlines and delivery requirements.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, weekly job scheduling, timesheet management and payment approvals.
- Maintain accurate casual workforce information across systems and the website to support a single source of truth.
- Review and improve casual workforce management processes, workflows and future-state ways of working.
- Collaborate with Education and People & Culture teams to ensure workforce practices align with policies and support a positive casual workforce experience.

You’re a proactive,



organised and detail-focused team player who enjoys a busy role where no two days are the same. You’ll bring:

- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
- A collaborative, approachable style when working with colleagues, casual staff and internal stakeholders.
- Sound judgment, integrity and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidence using digital tools, including Excel, and data to support reporting, rostering, payroll workflows.
