About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing civil construction team on a permanent basis, delivering a diverse portfolio of earthworks, site preparation, and infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships onsite, and driving projects through from planning to completion. Working closely with operational teams, clients, and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. With a strong pipeline of work supporting Queensland's ongoing infrastructure growth, this position offers long-term stability, project variety, and genuine career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full lifecycle delivery of civil construction projects from mobilisation through to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reporting
- Coordinate plant, labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources
- Administer contracts, including RFIs, variations, claims, and client correspondence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and principal contractors
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements, and company procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and project performance
- Lead, mentor,



and support supervisors, operators, and site personnel
- Identify and manage project risks, delays, and change events
- Assist with tender reviews, site assessments, and business development opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum 7 years' experience managing civil construction projects within Australia
- Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Proven experience delivering earthworks, site preparation, or infrastructure projects valued at $1M+
- Strong knowledge of Queensland WHS legislation and environmental compliance requirements
- Experience administering contracts including AS2124, AS4000, or similar frameworks
- Exposure to demolition, remediation, or asbestos-related projects will be highly regarded
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or MS Project
- Current Construction White Card
- Current Queensland Driver's Licence
