- Work alongside the leadership and clinical teams to ensure governance processes are meaningful, audit-ready and embedded in day-to-day care delivery—not simply maintained for compliance purposes.
- Focus will be on strengthening clinical practice, supporting workforce capability and ensuring the service is well positioned to deliver safe, person-centred and culturally responsive care.

About you
You are an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in residential aged care and a practical understanding of how quality systems translate into safer, better care. You are equally comfortable reviewing evidence, identifying gaps and working alongside clinical teams to implement improvements that are achievable and sustained.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least two years’ experience in a quality, clinical governance, clinical leadership, care management or senior nursing role within residential aged care.
- Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, SIRS, restrictive practices, clinical risk management and relevant aged care obligations.
