Where you can add value
- Support quality and governance leaders with audits, clinical reviews, accreditation readiness and improvement activity.
- Assist with the development, review and implementation of policies, procedures and quality systems.
- Guide clinicians and operational teams on the Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance obligations and contemporary practice.
- Support the identification, assessment and management of clinical risks, incidents, complaints and corrective actions.
- Review audit outcomes, clinical indicators, feedback and other data to identify trends and improvement priorities.
- Contribute to quality reporting, action plans, evidence preparation and governance documentation.
- Practically support teams to prepare for accreditation, registration renewal and external assessment processes.
- Assist with clinical governance projects that improve assurance, accountability and visibility of care performance.
- Promote a constructive culture where concerns are identified early, learning is shared and improvements are followed through.
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- At least five years of clinical nursing experience and a minimum of two years’ experience in an aged care quality, clinical governance and compliance position
- Proven understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience driving audits, clinical reviews, incident management or quality improvement plans.
- High ability to interpret evidence, identify gaps and implement practical solutions.
- A genuine commitment to safe, person-centred and evidence-based care.
- Full Australian working rights.
