POSITION

- Lead and empower practitioners through coaching, supervision and professional development to build capability and achieve exceptional outcomes for families.
- Drive best-practice service delivery by providing expert guidance on child protection risk, safety planning, family engagement and case management interventions.
- Shape a culture of continuous learning by mentoring staff in evidence-informed frameworks and facilitating individual, group and field-based supervision.
- Make a lasting community impact by supporting families, building stakeholder partnerships and contributing to strong service performance and outcomes.
- Full time, backfill prospect until 27 November 2026.
- Level 6 under the SCHCADS award.
- Open to all suitably experienced internal candidates.
