About Our Client

Our client is a leading resources company delivering significant infrastructure and sustaining capital projects across mining operations. They are committed to maintaining world-class safety standards while investing in critical civil infrastructure including roads, drainage systems, powerline corridors, pipelines, and earthworks projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing civil projects from planning and design through to execution and completion
- Developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements
- Reviewing contractor tenders and evaluating project submissions
- Supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Delivering projects including roads, bulk earthworks, drainage systems, sediment dams, gas pipelines, and HV powerline infrastructure
- Monitoring project costs, progress, risks, and performance
- Ensuring compliance with site safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Working within Anglo American health and safety management systems
- Conducting safety interactions and engaging with project teams and stakeholders
- Coordinating multiple work fronts to achieve project milestones

What You Will Need

- Demonstrated experience delivering civil projects within mining, construction, rail, or infrastructure environments
- Proven experience managing projects from concept through to execution
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience preparing scopes of work, budgets, and reviewing tenders
- Current Standard 11 Induction
