We have an opportunity available within our Industrial Recruitment team situated in Salisbury, Brisbane. Are you currently working within an agency recruitment role, high-volume administration or customer service role and looking for a new challenge? If so, this may be the role for you.

What will your day look like?

You will be working closely with our Business Development Managers to fill open Industrial opportunities

Connecting with your candidate network - build and manage relationships

Completing pre-employment checks (e.g., references, interviews, qualifications)

Offering excellent service to our field employees while on placement

Work on projects that drive real outcome and change within our communities

In simple terms, as a Recruitment Coordinator, no two days will be the same. Yes, it's a fast-paced environment, competitive but highly stimulating! You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive structure.
