Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading daily operations, including sales, service and store standards
- Coaching, developing and energising a large team of more than 25 people
- Driving sales, KPIs and store targets in a results led environment
- Utilising store reports to analyse daily sales performance and identify any areas of chance or growth




- Supporting training and development with a strong culture for performance

Successful applicants will have:

- Proven leadership in high-volume or fashion retail
- Commercial confidence with KPIs, data and fast trade
- Fashion credibility and genuine brand passion
- Robust operational and people development skills
- Energy, maturity and the drive to grow with the business
