Position Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while taking ownership of a diverse accounts receivable portfolio

- - Manage daily collections activities and maintain strong customer relationships
- Allocate incoming payments and investigate payment discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues promptly
- Negotiate and establish payment arrangements with customers where required
- Assess credit applications and facilitate the onboarding of new customer accounts
- Prepare debtor reports and provide regular updates on outstanding balances
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and process improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:

- - Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Officer or similar position
- Robust reconciliation and account investigation skills




- Proven experience in collections and managing debtor accounts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- A proactive, organised approach and strong attention to detail
