The Opportunity:

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing national organisation based in Dandenong to recruit a Service Coordinator on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and being at the centre of a busy service operation.

Working across a national portfolio, you will act as a key point of contact between customers, technicians and internal teams. You will coordinate service work from initial request through to completion, ensuring technicians are scheduled effectively, customers are kept informed and jobs remain on track.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage service work orders from initial request through to completion
- Coordinate and schedule technicians across a national portfolio
- Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding service jobs and timeframes
- Monitor work order progress and follow up outstanding jobs
- Manage changing priorities and assist with resolving service issues
- Prepare quotations and ensure completed jobs are ready for invoicing
- Maintain accurate information across internal systems and customer portals
- Liaise closely with Operations, Scheduling and Technical teams




- Ensure service documentation is accurate and completed within required timeframes
- Provide additional administrative support to the wider service team as required

About You:

- Previous experience in Service Coordination, Scheduling, Customer Service, Administration or a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple work orders and competing priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders
- Strong systems skills and confidence working across multiple platforms
- Experience within facilities management, maintenance, trades, field services or a similar environment will be highly regarded
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Immediate or short-notice availability
