About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to step in on a 2 month contract, covering a period of recruitment within the People Experience team.

You will partner directly with leadership teams, providing hands on advice, coaching, and support across the full spread of HR functions. You will bring strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and hands on HR experience, helping the business navigate its people challenges with confidence.

What you will be doing

- Partnering with leaders on workforce engagement, culture, performance, and planning
- Providing employee relations support and qualified advice to managers, working alongside the ER Specialist
- Leading and guiding a small team of HR Advisors
- Conducting investigations into policy and code breaches, including liaising with external stakeholders where required
- Contributing to the development of HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders

What you will bring





- A degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Solid experience interpreting awards and contracts
- Confidence working with HR metrics and turning data into insight
- Strong employee relations experience
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
- A collaborative, resilient approach, and genuine interest in HR best practice
- Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate as required, and to attend occasional meetings outside standard hours

Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check (state equivalent), or willingness to obtain
- Full working rights in Australia
