Blossom Community Care is currently seeking reliable and experienced Gardeners to join our team!

We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals who are passionate about providing quality services to NDIS participants and helping maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment.

GARDENERS

Responsibilities may include:

• Lawn mowing

• Weeding

• Pruning and trimming

• General garden maintenance

• Outdoor area maintenance

• Green waste management

We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual and qualified

• Previous cleaning or gardening experience preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently

• Respectful and person-centred approach when working with NDIS participants

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred

• Relevant checks and documents required for NDIS work

Work locations: Various locations across Melbourne and surrounding areas
