We're a multi-award-winning Australian hospitality group behind two experience-focused businesses — Sierra Escape, a luxury glamping retreat in Mudgee, and Escape Bathhouse in Chatswood. With almost a year of welcoming guests to the Bathhouse, we're now looking for an experienced manager to lead our team and take the business to the next level. As a proudly Australian-owned family business, we're passionate about creating exceptional wellness and luxury experiences for our guests.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced wellness professional with day spa or bathhouse experience to lead the day-to-day management of Escape Bathhouse. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape the guest experience, build and guide the team, and ensure operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Escape Bathhouse

- Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience

- Develop and implement protocols and service standards

- Recruit, train and manage therapists and bathhouse staff

- Create rosters and manage staffing levels to match demand

- Manage inventory and ordering of treatment products, linens and supplies

- Handle guest relations, ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for

- Build relationships with suppliers and wellness product partners

- Drive business growth through excellent service and strategic initiatives

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations





General Management

- Work closely with the business owners on strategic initiatives

- Manage budgets and control expenses

- Analyse performance data and provide regular reports

- Maintain brand consistency and our reputation for excellence

- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years experience managing a day spa/bathhouse or similar

- Strong understanding of spa/bathhouse operations and treatments

- Experience with financial management and KPIs

- Excellent team leadership and staff development skills

- Customer service excellence with luxury clientele

- Knowledge of wellness industry trends and best practices

- Beauty Therapy or Massage qualifications preferred

- Hospitality management background beneficial
