We are currently searching for a driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join Arrow Car Sales. We are a high performing yard; selling a variety of makes and models. In this role you will be responsible for all activities within our Used Vehicle Sales Department.

The successful applicant will possess the skills and capabilities to achieve monthly set targets/KPIs, whilst maintaining profit objectives. If you are passionate about sales and the automotive industry, then we want you!

Duties will include:

- Leading the Used Vehicle Sales team in sales performance

- Providing the highest level of customer experience to guests

- Ensure communication internally and externally

- Understanding guests' needs and demonstrate the capabilities and features of vehicles

The successful candidate will possess:

- The ability to mentor and train sales consultants

- Robust verbal and written communication

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills





- Sound knowledge of the sales process

- Autogate and Carsales fluency

- Stock management proficiency

- Digital savvy skills

- A hands-on approach

- Current driver's license
